Narrative

“Flow Dance” is a mixed media artwork in which it explores the visualization of cosmic turbulence in abstract ways that emphasize its flow patterns ordered by the magnetic field and the mixing of plasma in the process of shear turbulence. The interaction between the bigger flow structures with smaller structures is portrayed through oil painting, and the movement of particles is represented with pearl beads. The heat fluctuations in the penetration are lightly sketched with white charcoal. As shown, each medium was carefully picked to best express different aspects of cosmic turbulence.
